**Multi-tenancy**: all models use `UsesTenantConnection` trait — each company gets its own DB.  
**Auditing**: `AuditableTrait` on most models via `owen-it/laravel-auditing`.  
**Permissions**: `spatie/laravel-permission` — every route is gated by `permission:accounting.*`.
