## Flow

```
Upload file → GeneralAttachment (is_attached = false)
                     ↓
         Attach to document (Invoice / PurchaseBill / Expense)
                     ↓
         AttachingFileToModelService → file moved, is_attached = true
                     ↓
         Specific attachment record created (InvoiceAttachment etc.)
```
