## Responsibilities
- Monthly payroll run — one `PayrollEntry` per month, N `PayrollEntryDetail` rows (one per employee)
- Automatically creates a [[[Model]JournalEntry]] on store/update
- `payment_account_id` = credit account (bank/cash); employee `cost_account_id` = debit account
